IMPORTANT SESSION POLICY:

Please make sure that ALL file management, edits, and administrative tasks are completed within your scheduled session time.

Off-the-clock post-production is NOT included and requires additional booking.

Our engineers do not live on-site — they must schedule and commute for all sessions and mix adjustments. Please respect that process by finalizing all revisions within your session window.

We strongly recommend bringing your own external hard drive and managing your file backups independently. Due to the high volume of projects, Saltmine cannot serve as an infinite storage facility. For sessions older than 6 months, file retrieval is not guaranteed.
