You’ll have full access to a concert-grade stage built for impact, paired with a premium sound system, professional mix console, and high-quality microphones. The stage includes a full backline with major essential equipment such as a drum kit, DJ decks, Guitars and core instruments available for use. If your performance requires specific or specialty gear, just let us know in advance and we’ll coordinate availability or accommodations where possible.

Our in-house stage and lighting technicians are available for a flat $300 add-on. These are the same professionals who know the room, the acoustics, and the system inside and out—ensuring your sound, lighting, and show flow run seamlessly from start to finish.

Security is handled with precision and professionalism. Our head of security will assess your event details and determine the appropriate level of coverage to keep your night safe and smooth. We coordinate everything for you, with staffing billed separately based on your needs—typically around $30 per hour per guard, depending on the size and duration of your event.

Performance & Sound Guidelines

For the best experience and to remain compliant with local sound regulations, full concert-level volume is permitted between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We strongly recommend scheduling your headlining performance around 9:00 PM to ensure it lands within peak sound hours.

After 10:00 PM, volume levels must be adjusted to after-party levels in accordance with outdoor noise guidelines. That said, the night doesn’t stop—we highly encourage all event hosts to continue the energy with an after-party from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM. This creates a smooth transition from high-impact performances into a more social, upscale late-night vibe while keeping your crowd engaged on-site.

Insurance Requirements

While the venue carries full liability coverage, all clients are required to obtain their own event insurance for the date of their booking. The Saltmine Studio Oasis must be listed as additionally insured on your policy. This ensures protection for all parties and smooth event execution.

Ticketing & Booking Info

We prefer that clients handle their own ticketing directly through their own preferred platform. This gives you full control over pricing, guest lists, and revenue. However ticketing support and guidance and support can be provided upon request if needed.
