We do not weigh other schooling or traditional educational backgrounds as heavily as this certification. Completing this course is required for serious candidates wishing to join the Saltmine team. Your certification acknowledges that you have been prepared to uphold the standards we’ve built over nearly 40 years. Completing the Saltmine Certified Producer Day Course guarantees acceptance into our internship program. While the internship is unpaid, it offers a supportive team environment where you gain access to an additional producer course every month. You'll have as much time as needed to refine and develop your skills until you're ready to take on sessions independently and start earning as a producer. This program is designed to help you grow at your own pace while providing the resources and mentorship to achieve professional success.
