The Free Open Mic Entry (Not Guaranteed) is a submission-based opportunity to be considered for a live performance slot at our Open Mic Showcase. Artists who select this option will be entered into a randomized selection process during the show, used to determine performance order and participation based on available time and event flow.

Selection is not guaranteed. Performance slots for free entries are extremely limited and filled through a randomized selection process at the discretion of the host.

Artists who are not selected to perform due to time limitations are still welcome to attend, connect with the community, and experience the showcase.

Important Performer Policy

To be considered for a FREE performance slot, free entry participants MUST be present in the audience, front of stage, actively supporting and engaging with fellow performers. Artists who show visible energy, hype, and support from the crowd are PRIORITIZED for selection.

Participants waiting backstage or away from the audience will NOT be considered to perform. Backstage access is RESERVED for VIP performers and production staff.

We believe artists supporting artists creates the best show for everyone. Show love from the crowd, bring the energy, and that energy may earn you a moment on stage.

All free open mic participants MUST remain in the audience front of stage area while awaiting possible selection. Backstage access is RESERVED for VIP performers and production staff only.

Our showcase is built on community and mutual support. We prioritize artists who show up, engage, and support one another, not those who only appear for their own performance opportunity.

This policy helps maintain a fair, energized atmosphere and ensures the experience remains positive for performers, guests, and the audience alike.

Media & Liability Release Agreement

By purchasing this ticket, registering to perform, or attending this event hosted by Saltmine Studio Oasis / Diamond Don’s, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   You understand and acknowledge that attending or performing at live events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loud sounds, bright or flashing lights, crowded spaces, and physical activity. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with your attendance or performance.
2. Release of Liability
   In consideration of being permitted to attend or perform, you hereby fully release and discharge Saltmine Studio Oasis, Diamond Don’s, their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, property damage, theft, or death that may occur before, during, or after the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Media Release
   By attending or performing, you grant Saltmine Studio Oasis / Diamond Don’s, their affiliates, and media partners the unrestricted right and license to record, photograph, livestream, and otherwise capture your likeness, image, voice, and performance. You consent to the use of such media, in whole or in part, for promotional, commercial, educational, or archival purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any further compensation or approval.
4. No Refund Policy
   All sales are final. Tickets, performance slots, or other purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer in writing.
5. Compliance with Rules
   You agree to comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.
